Big Joe the Storyteller
Joe visits Six Acres monthly and brings with him stories that are exciting, energetic, animated and amazing! Most of his stories come from his very extroverted personality and his overactive imagination. The children just love his visits!
Music & Movement with Mr. Matt
Matt believes music for kids can be entertaining for both children and parents. His songs blend mid century American guitar styles: surf, rockabilly, western swing & soul, delivered with a wry sense of humor and a sincere sense of fun!
Art Lab
During our monthly Art Lab, Six Acres students explore a wide variety of art materials and engage in process-based sensory activities which strengthen their artistic, social and cognitive development. Children will practice cutting, gluing, painting, building and more! They will navigate through themes such as weather, farm life, space and beyond. Art Lab is led by Kate Holzapfel, a Medford mom with a passion for Art Education.
